ThamesEliteClub is built on principles of respect, fairness, and genuine community spirit. These guidelines exist to protect those principles and ensure every member can enjoy our platform without harassment, deception, or harm. By joining ThamesEliteClub, you agree to uphold these standards.
Respect and Courtesy
We expect all members to treat one another with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, abusive language, or discrimination of any kind — based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic — is absolutely prohibited. Personal attacks and threats will result in account suspension or permanent ban. Our community forum and chat features are spaces for constructive conversation, not confrontation.
Fair Play
We are committed to ensuring all members compete on level ground. Exploiting bugs, using cheats or hacks, or attempting to manipulate game mechanics is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension. Collusion with other members to unfairly advantage yourselves is also forbidden. If you discover a technical issue or security vulnerability, please report it immediately to support@thameseliteclub.com rather than exploiting it.
Communication Standards
Keep our shared spaces clean and welcoming. Spam, mass messaging, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content is not permitted. Do not share personal information — yours or others' — including real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical locations. Never solicit personal information from other members. We monitor for suspicious behaviour and reserve the right to intervene.
Game Conduct
Play to enjoy, not to cause disruption. Intentional disconnections to gain advantage, table disruption, or trolling behaviour is not acceptable. Our games are designed for entertainment — respect that spirit. If you are playing whilst intoxicated or in an unsafe mental state, we encourage you to step away and return when you're well.
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
- Threats or encouragement of violence
- Explicit sexual content or harassment
- Impersonation of staff or other members
- Spreading false information or malicious rumours
- Promotion of illegal activities or substances
- Phishing, scams, or social engineering attempts
- Spam, automated bots, or fake accounts
- Attempts to sell or trade accounts or virtual coins
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Reporting Misconduct
Saw something concerning? Report it. Use the report function within the platform or email support@thameseliteclub.com with details of the incident, including screenshots if possible. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled confidentially. We take every report seriously and investigate promptly.
Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Informal Warning: For minor first-time violations, we may issue a warning.
- Formal Warning: Persistent or moderate violations result in a formal notice logged to your account.
- Temporary Suspension: Serious or repeated misconduct may result in a 7-30 day account suspension.
- Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated suspensions result in permanent expulsion from ThamesEliteClub.
Appeals Process
If you believe your account has been suspended or banned in error, you may appeal within 14 days. Contact support@thameseliteclub.com with your member name and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was unjust. Our team will review your appeal and respond within 7 working days with a decision. Whilst an appeal is under review, the suspension or ban remains in effect.
